Alternate Student Travel Form
The CCISD Alternate Student Travel Form allows a parent or guardian to request permission for their student to travel to or from a school-sponsored event with someone other than the team or school-provided transportation. The form must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian prior to the event and submitted to the coach or school official for approval. This process ensures the school has proper documentation and maintains student safety and accountability during school-related travel.

Cell Phone Policy
The CCISD Cell Phone Policy requires students to keep cell phones and other personal electronic devices turned off and out of sight during instructional time unless permitted by the teacher for educational purposes. The policy is designed to minimize distractions and support a focused learning environment for all students. Violations may result in the device being confiscated and additional disciplinary consequences in accordance with district guidelines.
