Summer Workout Logs

Here is an example of my Workout Log from last week. Answer the questions at the bottom on Sunday...that way you can evaluate what did you do well/what can you work on for the upcoming week. Complete a new Workout Log each week and keep them handy- you will put them in your volleyball binder.
